Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ is a classroom (face to face or virtual) training and personalised learning experience that teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly.
By combining the personalised insights of DiSC® with active emotional intelligence development, participants discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and learn to navigate outside their comfort zone, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation.
Participants complete an online profile assessment, taking around 15 minutes, and then receive a personalised 26-page profile report where they discover their DiSC style, learn about the instinctive mindsets that shape their responses and interactions and recognise opportunities to stretch beyond what comes naturally to them, and gain actionable strategies to become more agile in their approach to social and emotional situations.
The optional classroom session supports participants in their understanding of their own EQ and helps them to set their goals to be more agile with stepping-stones along the way.
