Legal Director Jane Johnson joins Birketts’ Private Client Advisory Team

Top 100 UK law firm Birketts has appointed Jane Johnson as a new Legal Director to its leading regional Private Client Advisory Team.

With more than 20 years’ legal experience, 15 of those spent as a chartered tax advisor, Jane has an extensive and detailed understanding of tax, trusts and estate planning for UK and non-UK resident and domiciled clients. At her previous law firm she provided advice to a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, private banks and other financial institutions. Jane is particularly skilled with matters of complex precedent and bespoke trust documentation, as well as tax issues and the implications of moving to or leaving the UK and asset holding structures advising on trust law issues, UK tax and policy documentation
