A Suffolk recruitment firm is celebrating its successful expansion into the United States.
Conrad Consulting, which was founded in the small market town of Framlingham, opened new offices in Orlando and Tampa, Florida, in May 2024.
Director Graham Ventham has spent a lot of time in the Sunshine State overseeing the expansion.
He said: “This is a fantastic achievement and an exciting next step for Conrad Consulting.
“From our small Suffolk base, we’ve built a company that now meets recruitment needs across the UK, and we’re thrilled to bring that expertise to the US market as well.”
It marks a remarkable new chapter in the company’s growth as a major player in built environment recruitment on both sides of the Atlantic.
Conrad’s head office remains in the Framlingham Technology Centre, which was massively impacted by Storm Babet flooding and is still undergoing refurbishment.
Graham founded the company back in 2001 and he has overseen its significant growth, with regional hubs now established across the UK, including in Skipton and Edinburgh.
The company specialises in recruitment services for Civil & Structural, Construction, Building Services, Architecture, and Surveying.
