As a result of continued business growth, JMS Consulting Engineers is excited to announce the opening of their Cambridge branch in July 2020.
Managed by JMS East Anglian Director, Mark Weston, the renowned building and infrastructure specialists will play a key role in the many civil and structural developments lined up in the city and surrounding area. As well as making their mark on the local skyline.
Located in Compass House, Histon, the new office is within easy reach of Cambridge city centre. Managing Director Daniel Staines comments, “We are delighted to set up shop in this flourishing city. Cambridge has a great reputation for high-tech innovation, and it is also a beautiful place to live, with a great mix of urban infrastructure and amazing countryside on your doorstep.
“The new office will be a great place to meet clients, deliver high quality engineering solutions and respond effectively to the growing needs of our wide-ranging clients.”
The Cambridge office is the latest expansion for JMS, who already have regional offices dotted throughout the UK and overseas. With a portfolio that includes tidal flood barriers, hospitals and sustainable urban developments with green roofs, they have also been responsible for refurbishing many of London’s Grade II listed buildings, such as Shaftesbury Theatre.
Oh, and if you have read Grand Designs, you may have seen a property or two the JMS team helped create over the years.
