Property experts Bruton Knowles have opened their 14th UK hub, in Bury St Edmunds, following the acquisition of several new projects.
This new Suffolk base will allow the national chartered surveyor firm to further extend services across the East Anglia region.
The expansion is part of Bruton Knowles’ strategy to grow their presence across the country and meet increasing demand.
Managing partner James Bailey emphasises the firmโs commitment to investing in new hubs to enhance service delivery and provide flexibility.
He also noted the high-quality work by the firmโs National Teams as a driving force behind the continued growth.
โThe success of our National Teams has allowed us to progress with our expansion plans. The new hub in Suffolk will provide our team with a facility to work collaboratively and serve our valued customers in the region.โ
Those clients now include UK Power Networks, which Bruton Knowles has signed a new 4-year contract with, to support its work in maintaining the electricity networks across London, the South East and East of England.
Itโs a significant win for the firm along with a recent appointment by the Broads Authority.
Bruton Knowles also acts on regional infrastructure schemes for National Grid and Network Rail, and for Cambridge City Council, Cambridge County Council, national house builders and banks across East Anglia.
James adds, โWe have a strong presence across the UK, and this latest hub will provide an established presence in the Eastern region.
โItโs great to see that recent successes at the firm have enabled us more opportunities to expand, and I have no doubt that the opening of Bury St Edmunds will be a huge success.โ
